NML Nightshift Laboratory Technician
 

As part of the NMR Group of Companies, National Milk Laboratories requires a Laboratory Technician for a full time vacancy at its Four Ashes site.  The laboratory is operational 365 days of the year. Full training will be provided in this role where required. 

 

The Role:

As a member of the night shift the role involves:

  • The registering and testing of milk samples. 
  • Assisting in the provision of an efficient quality service.
  • Ensuring the accurate identification of samples at sample reception, taking remedial action where necessary.
  • Undertaking of accurate and swift testing of milk samples whilst adhering to published working practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring the quality of customer communications both written and verbal, are of the highest standard.
  • The requirement to work seven nights on and seven nights off on a rota basis.

Field Business Manager (FBM) – Scotland and Ireland

As part of the NMR Group of Companies, we require a Full Time Field Business Manager to cover Scotland and Ireland. This role will be challenging but exciting.  It will encompass a wide range of areas and draw heavily on organisational, marketing and interpersonal skills to ensure sustained business expansion in the area. We are looking for a candidate who can take the business forward by example and establish NMR as market leader in the area.  The role will report to National Field Manager & Director

 

As a Field Business Manager you will:

Be responsible for business expansion and for the profitable sales of NMR products and service provision within your area.

Manage and drive a motivated team to achieve targets of all products and services

Undertake various MI reporting

Ensure your team comply with the relevant Health & Safety Regulations

Oversee and manage your budget
Be a figurehead for NMR in Scotland & Northern Ireland

Area Coordinator – North Wales

As part of the NMR Group of Companies, we require a Full Time Area Coordinator based in North Wales. Milk recording knowledge would be an advantage together with being a competent user of Microsoft office products and web services. You should demonstrate effective interpersonal and time management skills, be highly self-motivated and flexible.
 

The Role:

  • To be responsible for the delivery of milk recording service in the area
  • Managing self-employed milk recorders and samplers to provide excellent service to our customers
  • Ensuring that high standard of data quality is produced within your area
  • Recruiting self-employed staff
  • Being the day to day support of samplers
  • To assist with box deliveries, training and hardware handling.
