Area Field Manager- Somerset

An opportunity has arisen for an Area Field Manager in Somerset.

The role carries a wide range of responsibilities relating to customer relationship management, development of the area and managing a team of Area Coordinators, Milk Recorders and Samplers.

The ideal candidate will live in the area, deal confidently with customers, have excellent organisational skills, a commercial aptitude and be computer literate. They will have a real interest in dairy cows and the skill to promote NMR and advocate best use of our services. This role forms an integral part of the South and East Field team, reporting to Nicci Chamberlin.

The post is home based and requires a full driving licence.

We offer a salary in the region of £24k per annum, the opportunity to earn commission plus a company vehicle, generous employer pension contributions and commitment to personal development along with 25 days paid holiday and other benefits associated with a progressive company.

Area Sales Manager - Scotland and Cumbria - Home-based

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, sales focused person to join our rapidly growing Scottish & Cumbrian field team.

The territory covers the whole of Scotland and the county of Cumbria, and at times the surrounding counties of Northern England. The job holder will play a pivotal role in expanding milk recording services to dairy farmers and third parties in this business development region. The role involves visiting dairy farms to sell milk recording services and the benefits of all NMR products and services and may require some nights away from home.

A company car will be provided, along with salary plus generous commission and other benefits associated with a progressive company. Working from home, the successful candidate will be required to live in the area, demonstrate sales ability, be very computer literate, highly organised and self motivated, they will need to be driven with by an appetite for success and hold a valid driving licence. The successful candidate will work closely with the Field Business Manager (FBM) as well as working well on their own and within the current team.
