Before applying this update please confirm that your InterHerd licence (dongle) is current. You can check this in InterHerd by going to Help on the top toolbar and selecting About InterHerd. Do not instal this update if your licence has expired. If you are unsure please contact Customer Services on 08447 255567.

To instal this update:
| 1 | Please ensure you have a current backup of your InterHerd data and that InterHerd is closed |
| 2 | Click on the IH Update link above and choose "save" |
| 3 | Save the file to a known location on your PC - ie My Documents or the Desktop |
| 4 | Double click on the downloaded file: IHUpdate.exe |
| 5 | Click Setup |
| 6 | Click Install Update |
| 7 | Once completed the update process will disappear. Open InterHerd and confirm that version 2.12.2 is dated 30/09/11. (Via Help on the top toolbar and selecting About InterHerd. |
| 8 | You can now delete the IHUpdate.exe file |
